I am a graphic designer by profession (BA in graphic design from the Estonian Academy of Arts in 2005, and MSc in human-computer interaction from The University of Tallinn in 2016), with passion for specifically illustration.
I have experience from doing stand-up comedy regularly over a period of about six years, which led me to writing a monthly column (Ajakiri MOOD) for about two years.
I've been working at my co-owned graphic design studio Polaar since 2010.
These experiences combined finally pushed me to pursue my own path in illustrating and writing (and publishing) children’s books, which I’ve been fascinated with most of my life, both from an illustrator’s and reader’s point of view.
My first book is “Maie and Mummi”.
